<p><strong> AKPABIO, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): </strong> This was an <em> ex-parte </em> motion brought pursuant to section 16 of Court of Appeal Act, 1976 and inherent jurisdiction on behalf of the Applicant for the following orders of this Court.</p><p>(1) An order joining:</p><p>(i) Danlami Ali;</p><p>(ii) Col. Audu Tobasheen Ibrahim and</p><p>(iii) The Sheriff, High Court of Justice, Wukari as co-respondents in the motion No. CA/J/194m/99, who will be affected by the Orders of this Court in Motion Scheduled for hearing on 20/3/2000. </p><p>(2) An order that all processes of this court, and in particular motions dated 21st July, 1999 and 1st December, 1999 be served on the Danlami and Col. A.T.
