Declaration that the plaintiff is entitled to possession of all that piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at plot A91; No. I Adeyi Avenue, Bodija Estate, Ibadan.
Two hundred and fifty thousand naira (N250.000.00) being damages for continuing trespass being committed on the said land by the defendant.
Injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, servants , or any person claiming through them from entering the said land.
