This is an application for accounts. I have read the application and the affidavit in support. I am of the view that there is the need for parties to go into accounts so as to facilitate the resolution of the issues before the court. In the circumstance, Mr. Ben Korley of Intellisys Ltd is hereby appointed as the auditor to go into accounts with the parties. Parties are to submit all relevant documents to the auditor so appointed to assist in the accounts.

Parties are to bear the cost of the accounts equally. Let the parties meet the registrar for the necessary arrangement to be made regarding the meeting with the auditor. The accounts should be put before the court on the 18^th of May, 2017.
