MILLS-TETTEH, J.

Mr. Lawrence Kwaning was employed by the plaintiff on 1st August, 2000. He was  declared redundant on 24th June 2000 but was immediately reemployed as  purchasing and stores officer. 

After he has been promoted to the senior purchasing officer position in 2006, and  a senior purchasing supervisor position in 2008 and after he had rendered  dedicated service to the plaintiff Company, he was handed a letter terminating his  appointment and paid one month salary in lieu of notice. 

Mr. Kwaning aggrieved by the termination of his appointment when he could  have been declared redundant like other officers and paid ten (10) percent of his  salary for each year of his service to Plaintiff Company, filed a petition on 4th October, 2013 to the National Labour Commission with the following reliefs:
