OBANDE FESTUS OGBUINYA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a motion on notice, dated 3rd June, 2023 but filed on 9th June, 2023, the applicant, as an interested party, prayed this Court for:

(A) AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Appellant/Applicant to appeal as an interested person against the judgment of the Federal HighCourt coram Hon. Justice O. E. Abang delivered on the 7th day of November, 2016 in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/235/2000 Between Chief Isaac Owolabi Olayemi & Anor. V. Attorney-General of the Federation & Anor.

(B) AND FOR SUCH OTHER ORDER or ORDERS as the Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.

FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the grounds of this application are as follows:
