UWABUNKEONYE ONWOSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Lagos State High Court, sitting at Ikeja Judicial Division delivered by HON. JUSTICE O. ATINUKE IPAYE, on the 24th day of May, 2022 in SUIT NO. ID/510GCM/2021. The Trial Court on the 24th day of May, 2022; dismissed the preliminary objection raised by the Respondent at the Court below on the ground that it lacks merit and entered judgment in favour of the Applicant/Respondent for the enforcement of her fundamental right action.

Irked with the decision of the Court below, the Respondent/Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal on the 21st day of July, 2022, setting out five (5) Grounds of appeal.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE
