MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): By a motion on notice filed on 6/3/2020 the 1st respondent/applicant sought leave of this court to adduce additional evidence on appeal in terms of CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA REVISED REGULATORY AND SUPERVISORY GUIDELINES FOR MICRO-FINANCE BANKS IN NIGERIA, 2013. The further evidence the applicant sought to adduce is a photocopy of the 2013 Guidelines annexed as Exhibit “B” to the affidavit in support of the said motion on notice.
