DZAMEFE, JA
The plaintiff in an indorsement claimed jointly and severally against the defendants for;-
a. An order directed at the defendants to pay to the plaintiff every month, the same salary as is paid to a circuit court judge of the Judicial Service.
b. An order directed at the defendants to pay all arrears of the plaintiff’s salary from the 1st day of January 2009 to date.
c. An order that the defendants pay interest calculated at the commercial bank lending rate on each pesewa of the arrears of salary due to the plaintiff, calculated from the date when the amount became due at the end of each month, up to and inclusive of the date of final payment.
d. An order that the defendants pay to the plaintiff, costs, inclusive of the costs of legal fees for the prosecution of this matter incurred by the plaintiff.
