ALEXANDER ARMAH V. MOHAMMED IDDRISU

JUDGMENT 

On the 10th day of February, 2015 the Plaintiff instituted the instant action against the Defendant  claiming the following reliefs: 

1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land set out in the schedule to the Statement  of Claim; 

2. Recovery of possession; 

3. General Damages for trespass; 

4. Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, assigns and workmen from  interfering with Plaintiff quiet enjoyment [sic]. 

On the service of the Writ of Summons and the attached Statement of Claim on the Defendant, he  caused his lawyers to enter an appearance and also filed a defence on his behalf. 

Per his statement of defence the Defendant counterclaimed against the Plaintiff for the following  reliefs:
