NWODO, J.C.A (Delivering the Leading Judgment):Â The appellant as applicant in the Federal High Court filed a motion ex-parte on 2nd June, 2008 seeking leave of the Federal High Court Of Nigeria, Abuja Division (referred to as court below) to apply for judicial review in terms of an order of prerogative writs of mandamus and mandatory injunction to compel the 1st and 2nd respondents to take certain actions against the 4th respondent.
Pursuant to the leave of court granted on 30th of July 2008, the appellant filed a motion on notice on 5th of August 2008 seeking the following reliefs:
1.
