MOHAMMED LAWAL GARBA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This application, brought pursuant to Order 7, Rule 1 and 10(2) of the Court of Appeal Rule, 2011 and under the inherent jurisdiction of the Court on the 18th of November, 2015, prays for the following reliefs: -
"1. Order enlarging the time for the Appellant to seek leave to appeal the decision of the Federal High Court delivered on the 2nd day of March, 2015;
2. Leave to appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court delivered on the 2nd day of March, 2015,
3. Extension of time within which to appeal the Judgment of the Federal High Court delivered on the 2nd day of March, 2015;
4. Such further or other Order(s) as the Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances."
