JOSEPH EYO EKANEM, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of Federal High Court, Abuja, Judicial Division (the trial Court) delivered on 6/12/2018 in suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/329/2015 by A. I. Chikere, J. In the judgment, the trial Court dismissed the claim of the appellant for lacking in merit.

Aggrieved by the decision, the appellant filed an appeal against the same vide a notice of appeal filed on 9/1/2019 which incorporates four grounds of appeal.

The facts of the case leading to this appeal may be summarized as follows: The appellant, a legal Practitioner, bought the respondent's ticket for a round trip from Abuja to London and vice-versa sometime in September, 2014.
