<p><strong> GALINJE JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): </strong> This application is brought pursuant to Order 3, rule 3 (1) (2) and 4(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2002, section 25 of this Court of Appeal Act, 2004 and the inherent jurisdiction of the court.
