J U D G M E N T 

Plaintiff’s case 

The writ of summons in this suit was issued by the plaintiff on 27th May 2019 in which  she claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: 

i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land with building thereon  situate and being at Kwashieman, Accra in the Greater Accra Region and  containing an approximate area of 0.21 acre more or less and bounded on  the north-east by a proposed road measuring 140.0 feet more or less on the  south-east by property of Lucas A. Teiko measuring 70.0 feet more or less  on the west by land measuring 140.0 feet more or less and on the east by  lessors’ land measuring 70.0 feet more or less. 

ii. Damages for trespass. 

iii. Damages for demolishing plaintiff’s structures in 1990. 

iv. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their assigns, agents,  workmen or any other person claiming title through the defendants from  interfering with the plaintiff’s use of her land.
