BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the High Court of Lagos State, Coram: L. G. A. Marsh J., in ID/49M/2007: Mr. S. O. Babatope (Suing through his lawful Attorney Mr. Oluremi Ademola Salako) V. Mr. A. O. Sadiku and Anor., delivered on 27/2/2009, in which the application filed on 29/6/2007 for conditions of appeal in respect of appeal lodged on 23/7/2004 against the decision of the Rent Control and Recovery of Residential Premises Tribunal sitting at Magistrate Court 3, Isolo, Lagos State delivered on 22/7/2004 by the Respondents as Defendants/Applicants was granted.
