<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>DANLAMI ZAM A SENCHI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): </strong>This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja in suit r,10. FCT/HC/CR/318/2015 delivered on  3/06/2020  by  CHIZOBA O OJl, J.</p><p style="text-align: justify">The Defendant at the trial Court now Appellant was arraigned before the trial Court on a one (1)  count  amended charge for the office of culpable Homicide punishable under section 221 of the penal code.
