BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State delivered on 30/4/2014 by Hon. Justice O. A. Williams in suit No: ID/1427/2012: Carter Harris (Proprietary) Limited V. Bellview Airlines Limited, in which judgment was entered in favour of the Respondent as Claimant against the Appellant as Defendant under the Summary Judgment Procedure.
