ADZIRA GANA MSHELIA, J.C.A (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a motion on notice dated 29th day of April, 2016 and filed on 18th July, 2016 the Applicant herein prayed this Court for the following reliefs:
1) AN ORDER OF THIS HONOURABLE Court extending time within which to seek leave to appeal against the ruling of the Borno State High Court of Justice presided over by Justice U.B. Bwalla (sic) delivered on the 15th day of February, 2016 in Suit No. BOHC/MG/CV/78/15.
2) AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting the Applicant leave to appeal against the ruling of Honourable Justice U.B. Bwalla of the High Court of Justice of Borno State delivered on the 15th day of February, 2016 in suit No. BOHC/MG/CV/78/15.
3) AN ORDER of this Honourabre Court extending time within which to appeal against the ruling of Honourable Justice U.B. Bwalla of the High Court of Justice of Borno State delivered on the 15th day of February, 2016 in Suit No. BOHC/MG/CV/78/15.
