<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">UGOCHUKWU ANTHONY OGAKWU, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): </span></strong><span style="background-color: transparent">This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Borno State in </span><strong><u><span style="background-color: transparent">SUIT NO. BOHC/KDG/CV/08/2018: KUMA YERIMA and ORS. v. BULAMA ENEE. </span></u></strong><span style="background-color: transparent">The Respondents herein were the Claimants at the lower court and by their Amended Statement of Claim they claimed the following reliefs:</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><em><span style="background-color: transparent">“WHEREOF</span></em></strong><em><span style="background-color: transparent"> the claimants claims </span></em><span style="background-color: transparent">[sic] </span><em><span style="background-color: transparent">as follows:</span></em></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><em><span style="background-color: transparent">a. A declaration that the claimants are the rightful owner of the farm in Wave village of Damboa Local Government Area of Borno State from south to north and 6km from east to west and bounded from the east with the farm of Alhaji Zauzauma, on the west is a high land, from the north Modu Indi’s farm as well as river and in the south is Bawa village community.</span></em></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><em><span style="background-color: transparent">b.
