<p style="text-align: center"><strong><u>JUDGMENT</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify">On the 19 of December, 2017 the Plaintiff per its lawful attorney, Global Expert Recovery instituted an action against the Defendant. By a writ of summons, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs:</p><p style="text-align: justify">a) The recovery of the sum of fifty-six thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight Ghana Cedis thirty-five pesewas (GHȼ 56,858.35) being the total amount Defendant received from customers of the Plaintiff but she could not account for.</p><p style="text-align: justify">b) Interest from 3rd May 2017 till date of final payment</p><p style="text-align: justify">c) Cost</p><p style="text-align: justify">Appearance was entered on behalf of the Defendant by her solicitor on the 9 of January, 2018 and she filed a statement of defense on 18 January, 2018.
