JUDGMENT  

The plaintiff per his Writ of Summons issued on 17th February 2003 sued  one Emmanuel Amoo Hammond for the following reliefs: 

1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying  and being at Kokomlemle Accra and bounded on the North-West  by Down Hill Street measuring 100 feet more or less on the South East by a fence measuring 100 feet more or less on the South West by a fence and measuring 100 feet more or less and on the  North-East by a fence measuring 100 feet more or less and  covering an approximate area of 0.23 acre more or less which  piece of land is more particularly delineated on a site plan attached  to an indenture dated 27/6/81 made between flora Amorin and  J.N.O. Amorin of the one part and plaintiff of the other part and  thereon shown edged pink which shows the relevant  measurements.
