JUDGMENTĀ 

The wife Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage celebrated between herself and theĀ  Respondent on 26th August 2004 on the ground of unreasonable behaviour.Ā 

She prays per the following reliefs:Ā 

1. That the said marriage between the parties be dissolved.Ā 

2. That the petitioner be granted custody of the child of the marriage with reasonable accessĀ  to the Respondent.Ā 

3. A declaration that the Petitioner is entitled to equal share in the landed propertiesĀ  acquired in the course of the marriage.Ā 

4. Any further order as the Honourable Court may deem fit.Ā 

The Respondent on the other hand prays per the following reliefs:Ā 

i. That the said marriage between the parties be dissolved.

ii. That the Respondent be granted custody of the child of the marriage with reasonableĀ  access to the Petitioner.Ā 

iii. A declaration that the landed properties acquired during the course of the marriage beĀ  divided equally between the Parties.Ā
