In this application for an Order of Interlocutory Injunction, the Plaintiff/Application (hereinafter called the Applicant) is praying the Court to restrain the Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter called the Respondent) from holding himself out as the landlord, from collecting rent and from harassing any occupants of the house, the subject matter of the dispute. The application was also seeking to compel the Respondent to deliver all chattels at the premises which form part of the estate of late Hon. Tabitha Sybil Quaye to the Applicant herein, who is the Administrator of the estate of the late Hon. Quaye.
