<p><strong>AMIRU SANUSI, JCA (Delivering the leading : ): </strong>At the High Court of Justice Delta State (the lower court for short), the respondent herein as plaintiff at the lower court filed under Undefended List, a claim of five hundred and three thousand fifteen Naira only (N503, 015.00) with interest thereon against the defendant now appellant.
