This suit was commenced by way of a general form of Complaint filed on the 29th of January, 2018 along with an affidavit in verification of complaint, statement of fact, list of witnesses, list of documents, witness statements on oath and copies of the listed documents to be relied upon at trial.
The Claimant is by the Complaint and statement of fact claiming against the Defendant as follows:
