Judgement

I. T. MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): In a motion on notice filed on the 17th day of December, 1998, the appellants prayed this court for the following: orders:-

"i. Extension of time within which the appellant/applicant's particularly the 1st applicant may seek the leave of this Honourable Court to appeal against the judgment of the Kaduna State High Court per Hon. Mr. Justice Gideon Kurada dated the 25th of August, 1998 in suit No. KDH/KAD/549/98 as an interested party.

ii. Leave to appeal as an interested party.

iii. Extension of time within which to appeal against the aforedescribed judgment of the Kaduna State High Court.

iv. Extension of time within which to lodge notice of appeal on behalf of the appellant/applicant and deeming the annexed notice of appeal as being duly and properly filed and served.

v. An order of injunction restraining the 1st respondent acting through its servants and agents, from alienating or attempting to transfer in any of the movable…
