On 22nd April, 2003, the Plaintiff/Appellant, hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff issued a Writ of Summons at the Fast Track Division of the High Court, Accra against the Defendants/Respondents hereinafter referred to as Defendants, claiming the following reliefs:
