JUDGMENT

INTRODUCTORY REMARK AND COMMENDATION:

I must commend both lawyers in this case for their industry and cooperation in dealing with this matter. Throughout the pendency of the suit, they did their best to abide by the time lines given, and even when they would be unable to attend court, one would communicate with the other and inform the court as to an appropriate date for adjournment. That accounts for the expeditious manner in which this case has been dealt with. Even though this suit only commenced by a writ filed on 24th March, 2017, the trial has been concluded in eight months, inclusive of the Easter and Long vacations. i. Special Damages of GH¢ 275,360. ii. General Damages of GH¢200,000.

iii. An order for the de-freezing of the said account. iv. Costs including legal fees.
