(Delivering the leading : ): </strong>This is an appeal against the decision contained in the ruling of the High Court of Gombe State sitting in its appellate jurisdiction in Suit No: GM/98A/2009: Bala Dogari v. Ahmed Mu&#x27;azu and Anor delivered on 17/2/2012 by J. A. Awak, J and P. I. Apollo, J in which the application for leave to appeal and for extension of time to appeal out of time against the judgment of the Upper Area Court Kaltungo, which had earlier set aside the judgment of the Sabon Layi Area Court Banganje in which title to the farm land in dispute situate at Sabon Layi was granted to the Appellant herein as Plaintiff.</p><p>The Appellant was thoroughly dissatisfied with the ruling of the Court below and had sought and obtained the leave of this Court on 30/6/2015 to appeal against the said ruling on five grounds of appeal.
