EJIWUNMI, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The above named appellants were convicted for the offences of conspiracy and culpable homicide contrary to sections 97 and 221 (a) of the Penal Code respectively by Fati Abubakar, J. sitting at the Minna High Court, the state filed its information against them and eight others.
