Judgement

This is a garnishee proceeding which was commenced by the Judgment Creditor by way of a Motion Ex Parte dated 8th April, 2019 and filed on the 9th April, 2019. The motion prayed this Honourable court for the following reliefs:

 1.     AN ORDER NISI directing the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Garnishee herein jointly and/or severally to show cause why an order absolute should not be made against the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Garnishees to pay the Claimant/Judgment Creditor/Applicant the sum of Nineteen Million, Sixty Four Thousand, Five Hundred And Thirteen Naira, Ninety – One Kobo (N19, 064, 513.91) standing in the credit of:

 1.     The Executive Governor, Delta State of Nigeria,

 2.     The Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) (1st and 2nd Judgment Debtors), whether jointly or severally, being part of the judgment debt in SUIT NO. NICN/YEN/68/2017 BETWEEN DR. EMIBRA EFIRIAENDI AGBEOTU v. THE EXECUTIVE GOVERNOR, DELTA STATE OF NIGERIA and 3 ORS delivered on 20th July, 2018.
