RULING OF THE COURT

APPLICATION

The applicant, East Africa Portland Cement Company Ltd, made an application to this Court on 11^th April 2014 by way of notice of motion premised on Rule 5(2)(b) of the Rules of this Court seeking the following orders:

That there be a stay of execution of the orders issued by the Honourable Lady Justice Nyamweya on 11^th March, 2014 allowing extension of the completion period of the decree issued on the 17^th December 2013 and all other subsequent orders be stayed pending the filling hearing and determination of the intended appeal herein.

That there be a stay of execution of the orders issued by the Honourable Lady Justice Nyamweya on 11^th March, 2014 allowing extension of the completion period of the decree issued on the 17^th December 2013 and all other subsequent orders be stayed pending the filing hearing and determination of the intended appeal herein.
