OBIRI, JA:

INTRODUCTION

[1] On 21st January 2024, the Plaintiff/Appellant (hereinafter called the Appellant) filed the instant appeal against the judgment of the High Court (Human Rights Division) Accra, dated 6th November 2023. 

[2] The judgment is found on pages 175-185 of the Record of Appeal. (ROA) The court concluded, that the Appellant failed to demonstrate in what manner Respondent’s directives fell short of international best practice. The court added, that the Appellant failed to substantiate his allegation, that the Respondent’s directives fell short of International best practice in the insurance industry. 

[3] The Appellant not satisfied with the opinion of the trial court, dated 6th November 2023 has mounted this appeal against the judgment. 

[4] The judgment of the trial court which has led to this appeal was based  on the Appellant’s amended writ of summons filed on 21st December 2021,  for the following reliefs:
