<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGMENT </span></strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: transparent">The instant action was mounted on the 20th of December 2013, by the within named  Plaintiffs for the following reliefs: </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: transparent">a. An order declaring that the Defendants termination of the Plaintiffs&#x27;  employment is unlawful. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: transparent">b. Payment of the total sum of money collected from Plaintiffs amounting to  Fifteen Thousand and Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 15, 800.00). c. Payment of accumulated salaries of the Plaintiffs from July 1990 and 1995 to  the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs till date of final judgement. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"> <span style="background-color: transparent">d. Damages for wrongful termination of Plaintiffs&#x27; employment.  e. Interest on the various sums of money at the prevailing commercial bank rate  from July 1990 and 1995 respectively to the 1st and 2nd Plaintiff till date of final  judgment. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: transparent">f.
