BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Judgment of the Edo State High Court, Coram: E. F Ikponmwen CJ in Suit No. B/460/2014: Mr. Johnson Obasogie Igbinedion and Anor v. Edo State House of Assembly and Ors delivered on 26/7/2018, in which it granted some of the reliefs claimed by the 1st and 2nd Respondents as claimants against the Appellants and the 3rd and 4th Respondents as Defendants while refusing some of the reliefs claimed.

The Appellants were peeved with the said judgment and had appealed against it vide their Original Notice of Appeal filed on 15/8/2018 on seven grounds of appeal. See pages 287 - 294 of the Record of Appeal. The Appellants filed a further Notice of Appeal on 27/8/2018. See pages 295 - 301 of the Record of Appeal. The Record of Appeal was compiled and transmitted to this Court on 19/10/2018. Subsequently, with the leave of this Court an Amended Notice of Appeal was filed on 25/2/2019 on seven grounds …
