LATEEF ADEBAYO GANIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This application was filed on 8-1-2026 by the Applicant to initially to seek for five (5) main reliefs and three (3) alternative reliefs. However, on 14/1/2026 when the Application came up for hearing before this Court, the Applicant’s learned counsel, U.T Udochi Esq ., who led Messrs. S.O. Oni and O.M. Aladetimi both of counsel, sought for and was granted leave to withdraw reliefs A-D of the main reliefs sought in the application and as a result of the application not been opposed by the learned senior counsel to the Respondent-E.O. Afolabi, SAN this Court acceded to the Applicant’s prayer and by striking out reliefs A-D of the Applicant’s main reliefs and was left with reliefs (e) in the main relief and the three alternative prayers sought by the Applicant upon which the Applicant’s prayers before this Court on the fateful day, was confined to.
