Judgement

STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): On the 23rd day of July, 2019; the appellant was arraigned before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on a One Count Charge of Cheating by the Respondent. The Charge was filed on the 8th day of July, 2019 together with a duly executed Plea Bargain Agreement of the parties.

The charge is at page 1 of the Record of Appeal transmitted to this court on 27/09/2019. The charge reads:
