Judgement

TABAI JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This ruling is in respect of the motion filed on the 6th of June, 2005. It prays for the following reliefs: “1. An order for leave to amend the notice of appeal filed on the 19th May, 2005by the appellants/applicants against the decision of Hon. Justice S. O. Ogunniyi of Osogbo High Court dated 9th day of May, 2005 by inclusion of an additional ground of appeal as shown in exhibitattached tothe affidavit in support of the motion.

An order consolidating appeals in suit Nos. HOS/M.3/2003 and HOS/M.27/2003. An order grantinga departure from the rules ofthis honourable court as to compilation of records by allowing appeal by appellants/applicants arising from suit Nos. HOS/M.3/2003 and HOS/M.27/2003 to be prosecuted on the bundle of documents already assembled and attached to the affidavit in support of this application and marked as exhibitas record of proceedings.
