IBRAHIM MOHAMMED MUSA SAULAWA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The present appeal is against the ruling of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, Akwa Ibom state, delivered on May 20, 2015 in suit No.FHC/UY/CS/1087/2015. By the said ruling, the Court below Coram Ijeoma L. Ojukwu, J, ordered the parties in the suit to file their respective pleadings. Dissatisfied with the said ruling, the Appellant filed the notice of appeal?(dated 24/6/15) on 02/7/15, consequent upon leave granted thereto on 24/6/15 by the Court below.
Initially, the Appellant commenced the action in the Federal High Court Abuja Judicial Division by way of an originating summons, seeking various declaratory and injunctive reliefs pursuant to the provisions of Section 87 of the Electoral Act.
