Judgement

J U D G M E N T 

The parties were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Tema Community 6, Seventh Day Adventist Church on the 8th day  of August, 1997. 

By an amended petition filed on the 22nd day of May, 2014 against the Respondent, the Petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: 

a) An order dissolving the marriage with reasonable access to the  Respondent. 

b) Custody of the four issues of the marriage with reasonable access to the  Respondent. 

c) An order that the Respondent maintains the Petitioner pending the determination of the current suit with the monthly allowance of GH¢2,000.

d) An order that the maintenance of the four issues be the sole responsibility of the Respondent. 

e) An order that school fees of the four issues be the responsibility of the  Respondent. 

f) An order that House No. BAE 5/27, Community 18, Tema the matrimonial home be settled on the Petitioner as Respondent has recently sold two jointly acquired houses without the knowled…
