JUDGMENT

SITTIE, J.

Plaintiff issued this Writ against Defendant for the following reliefs: 

1. Declaration of title to all that property described in the schedule known as House No. 157 Ringway Estate, Accra in favour of Plaintiff.

2. Order for recovery of possession of the said property described from  Defendant. 

3. Perpetual injunction restraining Defendant, her agents, assigns or anybody whosoever claiming through her from entering or doing anything  whatsoever with the said property or dealing with it in any way. 

4. Order to recover from Defendant commercial rent from 1st January 2016  to date. 

5. Damages for trespass. 

6. Cost on full indemnity basis. Further Order(s) as the Court may seem  meet.
