<p>HON. JUSTICE DALHATU ADAMU, J.C.A. (Delivering the leading : ): The plaintiffs/appellants claims against the defendants/respondents at Ibadan High Court were for:</p><p> (a) N10,000.00 general damages for trespass daily presently committed by each of the defendants on the plaintiff's family land lying and being at Lemomu Street, Ekotedo, Ibadan which land will be clearly demarcated on a plan to be filed hereafter.</p><p> (b) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants by themselves, their servants,agents and privies from committing any further acts of trespass on the said land.</p><p> On the above claims,the parties exchanged pleadings. The plaintiffs/appellants (hereinafter called the appellants") filed their statement of claim and a reply to the statement of defence while the defendants/respondents (also hereinafter called "The respondents filed their statement of defence.
