JUDGMENT
Per the endorsements on the writ of summons dated the 24th day of June 2015 the plaintiffs are seeking the following reliefs against the defendants:
1. Recovery of possession from the defendants the subject matter known as plot 20 block 17 Section 001 covering an area of 1.04 acres at Tesano and more particularly described in Land Title Certificate number GA 45822.
2. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendants herein their assigns, workmen, privies, servants etc. from in any manner interfering with plaintiffs’ ownership of the subject land.
3. Cost including legal fees.
It is salient to note that even though the defendants were served with copies of the writ of summons and the attached statement of claim they failed to file a single process to contest the present action.
