JUDGMENT

TETTEH-CHARWAY, J.

The Plaintiffs, Felicia Novienyo Dotse and Patience A. Dotse, issued a writ against the  Defendants, Daniel Mc Korley and Colonial Properties for declaration of title, recovery of  possession and perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from entering onto the  Plaintiff’s land.  

Plaintiffs’ case as gleaned from their statement of claim is that sometime in the year 2006 the  1st Plaintiff acquired a parcel of land measuring 0.67 acre situate at Mpehuasem (East Legon  from the Sanshie family of La. Upon acquisition of the said land, she was issued with a site  plan and she immediately took possession of the land and erected a fence wall around it. She  subsequently divided the land into two by constructing a wall to separate one plot from the  other. She then instructed her grantors to prepare two separate leases in the names of the 2nd Plaintiff and herself.
