ITA GEORGE MBABA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): Applicant, Federal Republic of Nigeria, brought this application on 9/7/2014, seeking leave to appeal, as an interested party, against the decision of the High Court of Abia State, Aba Judicial Division, in Suit No. A/326/2005, between Emmanuel Alioha (SP) V.
