1 IntroductionÂ
By her amended writ of summons and statement of claim, the plaintiff seeks the following reliefs against the defendants:
a. A declaration that it was the plaintiff who built [the] store in issue personally and therefore the only person to occupy same.
b. A declaration that the 1st defendant was the one that allowed or permitted the plaintiff to put up the store issue whether by conduct or expressly.
c. A declaration that if there is any defect in the plaintiff’s occupation of the store formally, same ought to be regularized by the 1st defendant.
d. A declaration that the 1st defendant has no authority to forcefully take over the store in issue and put in the 2nd defendant by re-allocating same to her.
e. An order ejecting the defendants jointly and severally from [the] store in issue immediately and unconditionally and for plaintiff to take occupation.
f. General damages.
g. Any other remedies/reliefs that the court deems fit and appropriate.
h. Punitive cost.
