FRED GABA V. AKWUKAD INUSA

JUDGMENT 

On the 22nd day of January 2011 the Plaintiff instituted the instant suit against the Defendant  claiming the following reliefs: 

(a) Replacement of the Mitsubishi Mini Bus with registration number GW 6132 Q at the cost  of GH¢25,000. 

(b) Special Damages of GH¢50 per day from 8th June, 2008 till date. 

(c) General Damages. 

(d) Costs. 

On the service of the writ of summons and the attached statement of claim on the Defendants they  caused their lawyers to enter an appearance and also filed a defence on their behalf to Plaintiff’s  claim. 

Per her defence the 3rd Defendant counterclaimed against the 1st and 2nd Defendants as follows:

(a) Replacement of the Proton Saloon Car with registration number GR 1925 Z at the cost of  Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢12,500). 

(b) General Damages. 

(c) Cost.
