JUDGMENT 

INTRODUCTION 

The Plaintiffs on 17th July, 2019, mounted the instant action against the Defendants for  the following reliefs: 

i. Declaration of title to all that piece land and parcel of land described as follows: a. On the North by AMANFRO STOOL LAND and measuring 1,768 feet  more or less; 

b. On the East by OLD AMANFRO/DOMIABRA MOTOR ROAD  measuring 2,230 feet more or less; 

c. On the South by OGL FARM LAND measuring 1378 feet more or less

d. On the West by AMANFRO STOOL measuring 2000 feet more or less; and Having an approximate area of 76.38 acres, situate being and lying at  NGLESHIE AMANFRO-ACCRA. 

ii. Recovery of possession of the land described above. 

iii. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their successors, assigns, agents, cohorts, hirelings, whosoever claiming through the Defendants, from further  selling any part of the disputed land and from interfering howsoever, with the  Plaintiffs administration of the disputed land.
