MIKA'ILU JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The applicant in this matter prays the court for the followings:-
Enlargement of time within which to seek leave to appeal as an interested party. Extension of time within which to appeal as an interested party.
An order granting leave to the applicant to appeal as an interested party against the decision of Hon. Justice Ajayi of Kwara State High Court, Ilorin Division, delivered on 22nd
February, 2001 in suit No. KWS/99/2000.
And for such further order or other order(s) as this honourable court may deem fit to make in the circumstances. The application is supported by an affidavit of 15 paragraphs. The application is brought pursuant to section 243(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, and Order 3, rules 3 and 4, Court of Appeal Rules, 2002, as amended as well as under the inherent jurisdictionof the court.
