<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>ABBA BELLO MOHAMMED, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): </strong>This is an appeal against the final judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja (the trial court), delivered on the 8th of February, 2013 by Honourable Justice U. A. Inyang, wherein the trial court entered judgment in favour of the Respondent against the Appellant.
